We don't actually class ourselves as a Resort. Yet we have the location and most of the facilities you'd usually find in a Resort other than on site restaurants. Frankly that makes our modest motel tariffs an absolute steal! Perhaps you've never considered Kempsey for a family holiday but starting now..... you should!

Our sparkling clean swimming pool is surrounded by around an acre of lawns and gardens. It's in a perfect location where guests can enjoy themselves to the fullest extent without bothering other guests.

All guests have access to the delightful grassy riverbank where we have provided tables andseating for exclusive guest use. It's a great place to enjoy a drink, snack or picnic meal. Perhaps you'll spend an hour or two just reading a good book or magazine. Or feel free to stretch out on the grass for a short snooze. Yes, we have lots of nice places where you can relax to your hearts content around Colonial Court Motor Inn.

You'll find the Guest Barbeque Facility in a gazebo surrounded by tropical trees and shrubs. There's a choice of indoor or outdoor seating nearby or walk just a few steps more to our riverbank dining furniture. Should you require the loan of some BBQ tools please ask at the Reception Office.

Your in-room entertainment includes free access to Austar subscription television in every room. Of course you have full access to five "free to air" channels as well.
